Since 1997 the Info Line has been funded solely through Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise; the $40,000 annual budget allows the office to be open three days per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Literature on various housing opportunities maybe picked up at 1301 North Market on the first floor. Our new offices are in the old Southern Railway Building next door to Firestone at the corner of Cowart Street. Driving north from downtown it is on the right side of the street, with a $2 parking lot immediately adjacent. If you have gone north past the Choo-Choo, you've gone too far.
